1. Returns
You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product if it is damaged, defective, or not as described.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice).
Certain items such as personalized products or sale items may not be eligible for return.

2. Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order for the replacement.
4. How to initiate a return or refund

Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address if applicable.
5. Shipping returns
The customer will bear the shipping cost for returning an item unless it is damaged or defective.
6. Exceptions
Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Please contact us immediately at help@rongaliroots.in if you wish to cancel your order.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days.
